Youth Discipleship is not a program, it is an apprenticeship in the Christian life.  Put simply, it's teaching others the way Jesus did.  When Jesus walked this earth, He ministered to a small group of men, forming them, and teaching them how to live by the example of his own life. He then sent these men out to do the same. Fast forward about 2000 years and we can now see the fruit of that first small group.

Youth Discipleship Small Groups are the primary Ministry for grades 6-12 at Holy Spirit.  Small groups meet weekly and are led by an adult mentor.  Jesus says in Matthew 28:19, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…”
