The role of the Youth Discipleship Mentor is to facilitate small group sessions in collaboration with Parents in order to disciple teens in knowing Jesus Christ and the Catholic faith.  
They ultimately do everything they can to journey with the young people in Youth Discipleship to support their parents in trying to get them to heaven.
